Purchasing or Renewing a Santa Cruz County Dog License

We currently offer FOUR OPTIONS for your licensing convenience:

2. Follow these steps to purchase or renew your dog license BY MAIL

a. Download the Santa Cruz County Dog License Application Form
b. Print out and fill in your downloaded PDF form
c. Mail in your completed application form along with the license fee payment to:

d. Remember to include the proof of spay/neuter certificate if applicable

  
   
3. Purchase or renew your dog license IN PERSON at our shelter. You can purchase or renew your dog license at either of our shelter locations.
