Make a PLANNED PetHood Appointment

Our Planned Pethood program is on hold at this time. This is going to continue to fluctuate and you’re welcome to call the Shelter to see if we have available appointments. There is a vet shortage nationwide that is resulting in an increased demand for veterinary services (including spay and neuter) both for the public and for organizations such as ours. Due to a decrease in our veterinarian’s availability, we have limited surgery spaces and need to prioritize our Shelter animals for those spaces.

We encourage individuals to reach out to other vets and organizations for their spay / neuter options and not rely on us for the spay/neuter. The best way to find alternative vets and organizations is to google “low cost spay and neuter near [city client lives in]”.
